Dramatherapy is a unique form of Psychotherapy that builds confidence,

self-expression and communication.

Dramatherapy creates a safe space to experience the imagination and to actively engage with the creative aspects of the self to gain a deeper understanding and awareness of our personal journeys and relationships.

Clients can use creative techniques to explore relationships and feelings. Movement, storytelling, poetry and metaphor can be utilised to work indirectly with difficult issues and feelings. Metaphor can enable the expression of the inexpressible.
